My daughter is 5 months old so now I have 5 months of adding diapers, wipes, burp cloths, spare outfits, and more to my daily carry routine. Queue the diaper bag to bear the burden.

We own three diaper bags and a diaper changing kit that can be added to other bags so we are able to pick a bag to match the moment. Check out the diaper bags we use below:

I love bags and that feeling I get when I’m prepared for the moment at hand with everything I need in my cool bag. Having a versatile diaper bag and packing strategy helps give me peace of mind knowing I have the basics covered.

Storq quick change kit

The Storq quick change kit comes with a changing pad and a pouch that can fit the essentials for diaper changing: changing pad, diaper, wipes, burp cloth, dirty diaper baggie, emergency outfit.

The materials used in both the pouch and the pad have a quality feel that can be easily wiped clean. Both sides of the Storq pad can be easily cleaned so when I’m looking for a changing surface, I have peace of mind knowing I can sanitize both sides.

This changing kit packs up nicely into a pouch and can be tossed in to one of the other diaper bags, hiking packs, or everyday carry bags that the situation calls for.

Dagne Dover Indi backpack

The Indi backpack has taken on the roll of baby gear hauler for our family. We have the Medium version of this which has a 16.39 L Volume that feels bigger when you have the bagged unbuckled. This bag comes with built in organization in the main pocket along with an extra bag, a pouch, and a diaper changing mat. There is plenty of internal storage that lays flat and out of the way when you aren’t using it giving you a large main compartment.

This bag has worked well for us on overnight trips where we have brought more diapers and wipes than normal and can also be loaded out with every other baby snot sucker or toy you think you might need on our first nights away from home.

The changing pad from Dagne Dover has a little more padding than the Storq pad, but it can only be wiped down on one side so you have to be cautious when choosing your changing surface.

Dagne Dover Landon carryall

The Landon carryall is our grab and go diaper bag. Our typical setup is the Storq kit in this bag with some extra outfits, a toy, and burp cloth, and some snacks for mom and dad.

Everything I need ready to go in a small package.

Tom Bihn Parental Unit

The Parental Unit may just be my favorite diaper bag. It is rugged with quality materials that you don’t have to baby. The pocket system is clever with a main compartment and two sets of three slot easy access pockets that put all the essentials right on display.

On one side I have a changing pad, diapers, and wipes.

Even more diapers, baggies, and burp cloth on the other side.

I like using my Ghost Whale organization pouches to further organize my extra outfits and snacks.
