Every once in a while, we make things a special occasion by making our own sushi! It really is not too difficult, because we have this awesome Sushezi (found on Amazon). We are not influencers, but this product really surpasses all expectations on how easy it is to make sushi at home. Our favorite recipes are found on Tasty Vegan (found here). It is very difficult to pick a favorite roll from these four, but the shiitake mushrooms sautéed in sesame oil is extra delicious.
